San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico (PRWEB) February 18, 2014
Rancho Costa Verde is proud to announce eighteen months of success after bringing on the owners of RMAC Properties, Inc., as principals in the project.
Rancho Costa Verde is a master planned real estate community just south of San Felipe that offers 180-degree sea and mountain views from every home site. Rancho Costa Verde is a state of the art, self-contained, solar powered, green community that utilizes many of the major advances in solar power and green technology, as well as the unique, natural amenities that Baja California provides.
Direct results from this partnership include hundreds of property owners. This partnership has also made possible the acquisition of an additional 275 acres, for a project total of 625 acres. Several homes are completed with more near completion and under construction. Many more homes are planned to break ground in the immediate future. A completely solar powered clubhouse with a 12 person hot tub, bar, full restaurant facility and pool area are also under construction. The clubhouse and pool will be opening and operational for the owner’s use and enjoyment this year.
RMAC Properties, Inc. has been involved and successful in real estate developments for over 30 years, with the last 15 years specializing in Mexico. The original Rancho Costa Verde Partners and co-founders, Frank Ingrande and Charles Milles, have worked with them in marketing and selling real estate in the San Felipe, Baja California area for almost 15 years.
Mr. Robert R. Rios, Executive Vice President/Principal of RMAC Properties, Inc. had several requirements if they were to be promoting Rancho Costa Verde. The primary condition being that they would be full and equal partners, so that they could directly influence the direction and completion of the project. Robert R. Rios explains, "Our goal is to offer and provide a sea side development that truly makes a difference. A seaside community that almost everyone can afford..... To truly allow people with a dream of owning property on the water to achieve that goal. Rancho Costa Verde is that development."
The creation of Rancho Costa Verde was born of and driven by the wants and needs of consumers that have been, and are visiting Baja California with an interest in real estate. Chiefly among these desires are to be on, or near the water with views of the water, untouched open space, and affordability. The acquisition of the Rancho Costa Verde land just south of San Felipe, combined with the advances in green home technology allowed these needs to be fulfilled. " Rancho Costa Verde is truly a model for future home developments. The only factor missing 18 months ago, was RMAC to bring this development to the market." Concludes Frank Ingrande.
