Making a toilet paper roll necklace is easy. Materials needed are an empty toilet paper roll, acrylic paint, oil pastel crayons, a button, string or yarn, and glue. Cut the toilet paper roll in half lengthwise like a hot dog bun, not a hamburger bun. Paint the inside of the toilet paper roll and follow the easy tutorial to make the cute necklace.
