It was fun to see the excitement of team members when it came to doing something kind for... the Carrollton community.
Carrollton, TX (PRWEB) February 26, 2014
The employees of MI Windows and Doors in Carrollton, TX held a “Valentine-Gram” fundraiser resulting in a $500 donation to the Christian Community Action food bank.
Organized by the Image and Morale Committee, the fundraiser offered the purchase of “Valentine-Grams,” candy filled treat bags that were then delivered to a chosen recipient in the company. Over 200 bags were sold and delivered, sweetening Valentine’s day for many employees.
“We received nothing but positive support from all MIWD team members,” stated Bernadette Reed, Image and Morale Committee member. “It was fun to see the excitement of team members when it came to doing something kind for a co-worker or family member and ultimately, the Carrollton community.”
