ARA announces the appointment of Vicki Klutzaritz, Director of Data Management. Ms. Klutzaritz will report directly to Peter Shabe, ARA’s President and CEO.

Ms. Klutzaritz joins ARA from Theravance, where she recently served as Sr. Manager, Clinical Research. Prior to that she served as Associate Director Clinical Data Management / Associate Director Clinical Operations at Pain Therapeutics, Inc. Over a 15-year period, Ms. Klutzaritz has held senior management or management positions for various public and private companies in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. During the past 20 years, her experience has spanned clinical data management, clinical operations, and project management roles in Phase I, II, and III clinical trials, as well as clinical research activities associated with investigational products from pre-IND through NDA submission. Ms. Klutzaritz holds a B.S. in Molecular Biology from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA.
