Today, during the HIMSS14 annual conference and exhibition, Sensogram Technologies AG unveiled its new business model to be offered to SensoSCAN™ customers. The main users of this non-invasive, mobile, and wearable health-monitoring device are healthcare providers and patient-monitoring services. The new business model allows customers to tailor the functionality of the device to meet their specific, custom requirements. As the company’s founder and CEO Dr. Vahram Mouradian mentioned during the interview, “This a la carte functionality is allowing the optimization of cost per monitored function while delivering the same superb device quality. We want each and every one of our customers to leverage their specific markets and their own marketing knowledge while not paying extra for a customized product. More so, we wouldn’t want our product to be underused. The a la carte option allows us to deliver our same approved product, but with a customized set of functions which will be used by our customers and their patients to the fullest”. Additionally, each customer would get a customized set of mobile and cloud software, corresponding to the chosen functionality of the device. By employing such a novel business model, Sensogram aims to give itself a competitive advantage and SensoSCAN’s™ customers’ appreciation.
