McMahon Marketing will embark to Washington D.C. to accept the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Blue Ribbon Small Business of the Year Award on June 11-13.
The program recognizes organizations who aid in restoring jobs, supporting economic growth and helping their communities, according to a press release issued by the U.S. Chamber.
“We are incredibly honored to be able to accept this award on behalf of the community in which we live and work,” principal, Korey McMahon said. “It is a core value within our company culture to donate our time, talent and treasure to our peers, and we can’t wait to share that with Washington.”
McMahon Marketing will accept the award alongside 100 other organizations, two of which are also from the Norman area.
“[These small businesses] represent the creativity, the determination, and the resilience of the U.S. business community and are examples of the enormous potential of businesses and employees across the country,” President and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Thomas J. Donohue said in a press release.
