Events of all kinds help to celebrate the occasion of the Yosemite Grant 150th Anniversary both inside Yosemite and in the surrounding gateway communities. Gallery Yosemite is a new venue for creative artists to express their love for Yosemite and the Sierra Nevada. Timberline Gallery has been a community-centered art institution for 28 years and will present two shows in 2014, dedicated to the grandeur of Yosemite.
Both galleries have partnered to honor the Yosemite Grant 150th anniversary with eight months of artistic learning series providing speakers and classes for visitors as well as locals.

How To See A Story by Zyg Zee
Zyg will inspire visitors and locals by teaching them how to take effective photographs in Yosemite National Park by telling a story through photography.
