Our focus on innovation is what brought Provade to where it is today and I'm confident that 2014 will see even further success and innovation from us.
Milwaukee, Wisconsin (PRWEB) March 03, 2014
2013 was a year of growth for Provade, Inc., an industry leader in enterprise Vendor Management System (VMS) development for global contingent workforce spend management. The company expanded their customer base, strategic partnerships, internal team and product suite, while garnering awards and increasing customer traction. Provade plans to continue their growth in 2014 with the launch of additional products and services.
In 2013, Provade grew its customer base by over 30% and continued expansion into several key verticals. Along with new customers in the automotive and utilities industries, Provade gained the business of a major global telecommunications provider. These new clients will process a potential combined $3 billion in spend and will extend Provade’s reach into over 25 new countries. The company also re-signed a five-year deal with a major financial services organization for approximately $0.8 billion annual spend. By developing strategic partnerships with multiple Managed Services Providers (MSPs), Provade has gained a strong presence in this key marketplace. These relationships could be a combined $3 billion channel for Provade in 2014 and 2015.
The company saw internal expansion in 2013 with new hires in professional services, customer support and research and development. The expanded team and a 50% increase in R&D spending contributed to the growth of Provade’s product suite. One such innovation was the new Identity Management System, a standalone solution that manages on- and off-boarding for contingent labor. The Provade Mobile worker app, also released in 2013, was created as a way for users to get more from their VMS with the ability to work on the go. The company will continue to focus on mobility in 2014 in response to usage trends.
“Our focus on innovation is what brought Provade to where it is today and I’m confident that 2014 will see even further success and innovation from us,” said Provade President Edward Jackson. “We’re excited to refocus on program management and to make new developments in extreme business intelligence, social collaboration and Reporting as a Service (RaaS).”
Provade’s successful year was recognized in October when President Edward “EJ” Jackson was named to the Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 List. The honor distinguishes Provade as a thought leader and trailblazer in the contingent workforce industry. Jackson hopes to continue Provade’s tradition of great innovation with several new product releases and initiatives next year. Along with their new product offerings, Provade remains dedicated to helping MSPs find success through their continued focus on Software as a Service (SaaS) and mobile support.
