Entourage Yearbooks announced their Fourth Annual National Yearbook Competition awards, recognizing The Codrington School, The International School of Barbados with the distinctive Second Place in Middle School Yearbook Design, Second Place in Middle School Photography and an Honorable Mention in Page Layout. The Entourage National Yearbook Competition is a nationally sponsored contest in the U.S.A. judging school yearbooks across the dimensions of creativity, originality, and journalistic relevance. Hundreds of schools enter across all fifty states at the Elementary, Middle School, and very competitive High School level.

This achievement recognizes The Codrington School, for putting together a notable yearbook at the Middle School level. Their entry was submitted at the end of June 2013 and was officially awarded on October 16th, 2013. The Codrington School’s yearbook was selected from hundreds of schools who had submitted entries from around the country.

More about Entourage’s National Yearbook Competition: To participate, schools had to submit their yearbook content into categories for overall yearbook, page design, photography, and cover design. This year over 800 schools entered the competition.

Judging of the contest entries is based on a balanced rating across the dimensions of creativity, originality and journalistic relevance. Schools are judged separately at the Elementary, Middle School and High School levels. The judging committee is composed of both expert yearbook journalists at Entourage and invited yearbook experts from across the industry.

"We’re thrilled by the level of achievement seen among this year's competitors and winners. I want to personally wish all the schools who have received an award a well-deserved congratulations,” says Entourage’s President Elias Jo.
