The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) today announced a new initiative that combines some of the leading minds in human capital management with i4cp’s extensive research on the people practices of high-performance organizations and its robust network of practitioners. The Thought Leader Consortium—launched at i4cp’s popular annual member conference in Scottsdale, Arizona—features several of the industry’s most highly regarded experts in human capital:
