I know our member organizations will benefit from the enhanced alliance with this group of human capital rockstars.

The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) today announced a new initiative that combines some of the leading minds in human capital management with i4cp’s extensive research on the people practices of high-performance organizations and its robust network of practitioners. The Thought Leader Consortium—launched at i4cp’s popular annual member conference in Scottsdale, Arizona—features several of the industry’s most highly regarded experts in human capital:

  •     Marshall Goldsmith
  •     Tom Rath
  •     John Boudreau
  •     Ed Lawler
  •     Rob Cross
  •     David Rock
  •     Pat Wright
  •     Jeffrey Pfeffer

As a group, this Consortium will provide input to i4cp’s research agenda and content offerings, and offer insight to i4cp and its members on today’s most pressing people management issues. In return, the Consortium will gain unique access to i4cp research findings on the best and next practices of high-performance organizations.

“We’ve been fortunate that we’ve always had great support from, and great collaboration with, many of the top thought leaders in the human capital industry,” said Kevin Oakes, CEO of i4cp. “Our new Thought Leader Consortium formalizes this relationship, and is our way of rewarding these top supporters with unique access to our research and next practices on the people initiatives within today’s leading organizations. I know our member organizations will benefit from the enhanced alliance with this group of human capital rockstars.”

i4cp will continue to add thought leaders to the consortium, but is intent on keeping the group exclusive and responsive. More information can be found at http://www.i4cp.com/thought-leaders.
