Mr. Bouttirath and Mr. Bolton bring to the business their skills in customer service and business development, that they acquired in their 10+ years with Delta Air Lines and Wachovia Bank, prior to joining Filta. The new Tucson franchise is growing quickly and has already begun servicing accounts including Risky Business Restaurant, Hogie House, Claim Jumper, Buffalo Wild Wings, and University of Arizona Medical Center.

When a commercial kitchen uses both services they can prolong the useful life of their cooking oil and eliminate the traditional waste bins and barrels that can cause spills and fines. Later this year, Mr. Bouttirath and Mr. Bolton will begin offering the FiltaCool service which reduces heat and humidity in walk in coolers, prolonging the shelf life of the food and life of the cooler.
