Effective May 1st, 2014, the Consumer Research and Beauty Product Testing division of the Beauty Company will operate under The Benchmarking Company, a sister firm to The Beauty Company. The Beauty Company has begun to transition these divisions to The Benchmarking Company, as well as management of its PinkPanel™ (the largest panel of its kind in the US) and creation of The PinkReport™.
The research unit is a multi-million dollar division of The Beauty Company. The following service areas will transition:
1. Qualitative and Quantitative Consumer Research
2. Beauty Product Testing

The Benchmarking Company is based in the metro Washington, DC area with a West Coast location in San Diego, which will provide clients on both coasts with the creative, strategic and personal service they experienced with The Beauty Company. The Benchmarking Company is run by long time research professionals Jennifer Stansbury and Denise Herich, each of whom have worked with The Beauty Company and in previous ventures owned by Alisa Beyer, its Founder and Creative Director.
Alisa will serve on The Benchmarking Company’s Advisory Board moving forward.
