Rick Rickert, CEO of Titan Capital Holdings LLC, announced the introduction of NoteBuys.com, a global website, to market high quality performing notes to investors worldwide.

“We are based in Mesa, Arizona,” said Rickert, “And most of our business in selling notes has been primarily in the Southwest. We wanted to open up a website that allows investors all over the world an opportunity to be able to purchase notes in one website,” he said.

Titan Capital Holdings LLC has been operating since 2009, offering short term bridge loans, also called ‘hard money’ loans, to investors allowing them to acquire property quickly. These investors pay interest only monthly payments for the length of the loan, often between 90 days and 2 years. “This type of loan fits the ‘fix and flip’ type of investor who only plans to own the property for a short term, and sell it as soon as it is in sellable condition,” said Rickert.

Other investors use the hard money loans to acquire property from the foreclosure auction, where the entire amount must be paid in 24 hours or less. This allows the investor to acquire the property, and then get conventional financing, which often take a month or two to be funded.

Titan Capital Holdings markets these notes to investors, returning from 7 – 10% annually in monthly payments. The sale of the notes provides additional capital for more loans.

Rickert said that NoteBuys.com will be totally transparent, with an independent third party title company handling all the sales, as well as the collection of payments and dispersal to the investor.
