This year, our mobile app will enable attendees to synchronize their personal notes across devices and allow in-session commenting — exceptional for sharing real-time feedback in context of the topic.

Organizers of ANI: The 2014 HFMA National Institute today launch their interactive EventPilot conference app for their meeting, which runs from June 22-25, 2014, in Las Vegas. Attendees may use several mobile devices to organize their schedule, take notes, and exchange discussion points in meetings because they are all kept in sync using EventPilot’s innovative technology. "Following the success of our conference app at last year’s ANI, we’re excited to roll out the latest edition with new features which we are confident will enhance the attendee experience before, during, and after ANI," said Jay Keltner, Director of Marketing and Membership at HFMA. “This year, our mobile app will enable attendees to synchronize their personal notes across devices and allow in-session commenting — exceptional for sharing real-time feedback in context of the topic.”
Healthcare finance executives and leaders take advantage of the meeting app’s dynamic cloud-based synchronization features just by registering and logging in. Users may switch from using their Android phone to their iPad (or any other supported device) at any time throughout the course of the event. To keep executives involved in the conversation during sessions, the event app’s commenting feature allows them to make contributions through a continual feed in context of the session itself. Other meeting-goers may read, reply, or build on discussions.
The EventPilot conference app is accessible through many of the popular platforms, including iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android phones and tablets, and Kindle Fire.
EventPilot mobile conference app features include:
Synchronize Across Different Platforms
Once users have registered a unique username and password on the conference app, their personal information synchronizes across different operating systems allowing them to alternate between their Android phone and iOS device.
Share Opinions in Context
Users easily contribute to valuable and educational dialogue during and after sessions using the paperless app’s in-session commenting feature. With a high character limit, and no need for hashtags, attendees can hold an in-context conversation about specific topics.
Session rooms and exhibitors are easily located using the animated maps. Attendees do not have to rely on Wi-Fi to use the maps with the native app’s offline functionality.
The free iPhone and iPad conference app is available now in the App Store. The free Android event app is available in the Android market. Search for “HFMA ANI”. A web version for Windows Phone and other web-enabled devices is available.
