Sacramento, California (PRWEB) March 18, 2014
One, Inc., a provider of software products to Property and Casualty insurers, announced today that Mutual of Enumclaw, a Washington based property & casualty insurance company, selected ProcessOne® to manage its payment processing and daily cash reconciliation. ProcessOne will serve as the payment processing solution for its web and IVR payment portals, and will be integrated with Guidewire Software’s BillingCenter® when it is implemented later this year.
Mutual of Enumclaw selected ProcessOne to improve the overall billing experience for its customers. It will also help reconcile payments from multiple sources, reduce the complexity and cost of PCI compliance, and allows for the ability to update web data in real time.
“We are looking forward to the business benefits that ProcessOne will bring due to its ease of reconciliation, including a better customer experience for both our independent agents and policyholders,” said David Wilson, Chief Information Officer, Mutual of Enumclaw.
Denise Pavlov, Mutual of Enumclaw’s Chief Underwriting Officer stated, “ProcessOne is fairly unique in the P&C industry as it is the first payment processing software we have seen specifically designed for insurers. Its ease of use and exceptional reporting capabilities will reduce not only our cost of daily cash reconciliation but also our processing expenses.”
Jerel Titus, Director of Personal Lines Underwriting at Mutual of Enumclaw added, “Customers, thanks to ProcessOne’s flexible and secure system design, will have real time access to their payment information. Because our policyholders credit card or banking data is not stored, the risk of theft of payment data or fraud is greatly reduced, which is a real win for us and our customers.”
ProcessOne will enable Mutual of Enumclaw to:
- Enhance customer service delivery
- Allow for real time payments;
- Increase operational efficiency by eliminating many manual processes
- Consolidate and standardize payment reconciliation processes on a common platform;
- Lessen the complexity and cost of PCI DSS Compliance; and
- Store payment data in a safe and secure method using tokenization.
“We welcome Mutual of Enumclaw to the One, Inc. family as a ProcessOne customer,” said Christopher W. Ewing, President & CEO, One, Inc. “We admire Mutual of Enumclaw’s commitment to efficiency and customer service and look forward to helping them reach their goals.”
ProcessOne is a comprehensive payment processing and reconciliation software system. ProcessOne levels the playing field by making it easier to automate the payment reconciliation process and enable rapid integration with external payment portals and systems. ProcessOne is available as a standalone system or as part of One, Inc. InsureOne suite of products (which includes PolicyOne™, DataOne®, ProcessOne®, AppOne™ and SalesOne™), and can be integrated to work with an insurer’s legacy systems or third-party applications.
