Jane Carroll has been a partner at Personnel Solutions since January 2006.
Jane is a Chartered member of the CIPD, holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and has an Advanced Professional Diploma in Employment Law.

All clients are allocated a dedicated account consultant and the North West HR Consultancy specialise in the following areas:
Advice and support to ensure compliance with employment legislation in all areas such as contracts, policies and procedures, family friendly rights, working time, redundancy, dismissal and TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981).
Design and implementation of I&C mechanisms, performance management processes and discipline and grievance management.
Recruitment and selection, job description and competency framework design and training and development including induction process.
Business and process design and restructure
The development of policies and procedures, design and implementation of absence management systems, competency based performance management and business restructure such as relocation, redundancy and reorganisation.
The HR Consultants are due to move to new premises this summer.
The purpose built office will be in Bury close to Manchester.
Jane was asked “Why move to new offices?”
She replied “It is part of our growth plan and the new office will project a more professional image, allow us more space and a much larger meeting area. The new building also has plenty of free parking is handy for Manchester and as an extra bonus has wonderful views over the West Pennine moors.”
“It also allows us the opportunity to employ more staff which we are working towards,” added Jane.
“We are working very hard to keep our existing clients happy and bring on new ones (when we can). Our aim is to double our turnover within two years and allow us to take on the new associate in line with the office move,” explained Jane.
