The Social Media Strategies Summit (SMSS), coming to Amsterdam 18-19 June, is a two day social media event, focused on helping businesses learn to build and execute a social media strategy. Philippine and Rosie’s talk will include the do’s and don’ts of building a community on social media based on their extensive experience at Yelp, how to harness client insights, and how to maximize “fans” vs “followers”.
