Michelle Hays is bringing more than 13 years of staffing industry experience to her own firm as Hays Search Group launches its contract staffing services.

Hays has found that the goals of both the candidate and the client are often better served by a contract staffing arrangement rather than a traditional direct hire situation. Her candidates, particularly in the IT realm, like contract staffing because it provides variety, the opportunity to broaden their expertise, and the ability to try different companies. To meet the needs of both groups, Hays has decided to add contract staffing to her service offerings.

Prior to opening her own firm, Hays spent more than 13 years in the staffing industry, including positions at CORESTAFF and Accounting Principals.
