  •     Tues., April 15 – Lopez and Roger St. Pierre from First Western Federal Bank will present a free webinar titled, “Non-Recourse Loans for Self-directed IRAs” from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Participants will learn how to take out a mortgage on a property within a self-directed retirement plan through a non-recourse loan.   •     Wed., April 16 –Lopez will explain how to invest in real estate using a self-directed IRA to members and guests of the Mid-Hudson Valley REIA at the group’s monthly meeting. The meeting will take place from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. at Hampton Inn & Suites, 2361 South Road in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. The meeting is free for REIA members, $20 non-members.
