The event is taking place in Jacksonville, Florida April 9-13, 2014.

The Speaker Series at One Spark will bring together some of the brightest and most inspiring minds in the crowdfunding industry to share their ideas. Joanna Schwartz will speak at 10:00 am EDT on Thursday, April 10 as part of the Design/Inspiration track.

The second annual One Spark festival is a five-day event that gives entrepreneurs, artists, and other innovators the opportunity to showcase their projects and connect with individuals who can provide resources and funding. As part of the event, there will be $3.25 million in combined investment opportunities from major venture capital investors including Jacksonville Jaguars Owner Shad Khan, Arsenal Venture Partners, Florida Blue, Healthbox, PS27 Ventures, and UE Investors

One Spark 2014 also offers participating projects access to private individual contributions from the public and $310,000 in guaranteed crowdfunds and awards, increased from its first year’s $250,000 crowdfund pool.
