We created this model of dimmer to address the Canadian industry's requirements, in close consultation with Whites. I'm delighted to see their growing adoption.

William, F. White is Canada's largest national provider of motion picture, television, digital media and theatrical production equipment, has made a major commitment to large light dimming with the purchase of 150 dimmers from Lex Products. The dimmers are specially designed for motion picture use at 6,000, 12,000 and 24,000 Watts.
"Over the past few years, we've found that DP's wanted more control over the individual fixtures and the new single Lex Film Dimmers provide that control of individual fixtures through the DMX control system. So, you can still have remote DMX control of a couple of individual fixtures without requiring large racks containing 48 or 96 dimmers," says Mike Harwood, Whites' National Director, Technical Support & Development.
"We are pleased to be an active part of the Canadian film industry," states Lex Products Canadian Sales Manager Graham Likeness. "We created this model of dimmer to address the Canadian industry's requirements, in close consultation with Whites. I'm delighted to see their growing adoption."
Lex Film Dimmers offer large wattage load support in a durable package, designed for rental use. With both local and DMX control, the can work in a stand-alone mode, or as a part of a larger integrated dimming system. Input and output connectors match Canadian film industry norms.
