Resnik Partners, the Denver office of Career Partners International, has named Erin Cunningham to the new role of Director of Career Transition Services and Operations.
Cunningham will lead Resnik Partners’ outplacement practice to introduce a new model for career transition focused on networking, connectivity and social media outlets.
Most recently, Cunningham worked at Sports Authority where she developed and implemented all aspects of its leadership, management and high-potential employee programs. Prior to Sports Authority, Cunningham served as the Associate Director for Academics-Athletics at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Resnik Partners expanded the traditional methodology of career transition steps and one-on-one coaching with an innovative approach of networking through multiple locations across the Denver-metro area using social media and job search connectivity to improve the candidate experience. The company partnered with two successful coffee shops in Denver allowing Resnik Partners’ outplacement participants and consultants to exclusively reserve space for meetings, review search progress, network with contacts, and attend networking events. Each coffee shop has a designated room for Resnik Partners to host and lead group workshops on résumés, interviewing, networking, social media,and landing new positions.
