CS3 Technology, a leading professional services firm offering accounting and HRMS applications to businesses across the U.S., today announced the acquisition of Consolidated Technology Inc., a Kansas City based firm, focused on Sage ERP accounting applications for mid-market businesses. Effective immediately, the clients of Consolidated Technology will be supported by CS3 Technology with headquarters in Tulsa, OK.
CS3 has built a national business serving clients across the U.S. Consolidated Technology has had a local focus in the Kansas City metropolis of Missouri and Kansas. According to Mike LoMonaco, owner of Consolidated Technology, “we have always delivered services in a personal, hands-on model. However, with the technology tools available today, it makes more sense for remote support. It is faster and more economical. When I decided to sell this portion of my firm, I knew the outstanding reputation of CS3, their genuine concern for the success of each client and the integrity of the CS3 management team. With the technology available to CS3 and their commitment to their clients, I know my customers will get the same personal touch they have enjoyed with Consolidated Technology over the years.”

As one of the goals of the acquisition is to increase the resources available to the clients, Mike LoMonaco will continue to participate in a strategic planning capacity. Shawn Slavin, Vice President of Consulting, will be responsible for delivering uninterrupted service. Christine Luttrell, Client Account Manager, will act as the advocate for each client during the onboarding process.
