Field Marketing, Webster worked at Menlo Worldwide as an operations supervisor for 4 ½ years. At Menlo Worldwide, Webster managed large teams including inbound, packaging, outbound, and customer service. Customers of Menlo Worldwide included companies such as Caterpillar INC. and Lennox Industries.
Webster’s experience also includes leading a RIW (Rapid Improvement Workshop) in which the team he was managing in his past occupation improved the efficiency, quality, weight, and the cubic feet percentage of sea container loading. This resulted in over 30 million in cost savings after a year and a half of implementation. Webster’s leadership qualities and experience from past occupations has allowed him to earn the title of Fulfillment Services Manager at J.M. Field.
