Cornerstone is excited to be sponsoring an education session at this year’s Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) Global Corporate Travel Conference in Miami, Florida. The conference will take place from April 27-29. Keynote speakers, education sessions, and workshops will focus on four main pillars—data access & analytics, industry innovations, talent development for travel professionals, and traveler centricity—which enable executives to be informed, proactive, and successful.
The highlight of the conference for Cornerstone is the education session titled “From Data Mining to Predictive Modeling: A Keynote Conversation.” Cornerstone founder & CEO Mat Orrego will be speaking with Eric Siegel, PhD, a keynote presenter and author of Predictive Analytics: The Power to Predict Who Will Click, Buy, Lie, or Die. The session will focus on practical insights for turning data mining exercises into predictive modeling opportunities to impact negotiations, improve compliance, and enhance traveler satisfaction. It takes place on Tuesday, April 29 at 11:30 am, and Eric will be signing books at the Cornerstone booth following the session.
“ACTE Miami is a conference for those with vision and a passion for corporate travel. Powerful sessions like Predictive Analytics—made possible through the insight of Cornerstone Information Systems—will bring a new way of thinking on how data is collected and analyzed. Companies like Cornerstone are changing the way buyers and suppliers interact with each other,” said Greeley Koch, ACTE’s executive director.
“We’re proud to be sponsoring the ACTE conference. The education initiatives are high quality and extremely valuable, and we enjoy the professionalism, experience, and intellect of the attendees. We’re excited to be associated with Eric’s education session and we’re looking forward to sharing our knowledge and learning from our peers in Miami,” said Alan Minton, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Cornerstone.
