On behalf of the Board of Directors of the MD Hispanic Chamber of Commerce(MDHCC) and the State of Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce (SOMBCOC), MDHCC has the pleasure of announcing a historical event on April 23rd, 2014, Wednesday at 4:00 pm at CTIC: 621 East Pratt St. Baltimore, 6th Floor (Pier 4 at the Inner Harbor).
