PluggedIN co-founder Ben Werzinger has launched a new mobile qualitative research firm called MoveMR to deliver in the moment research. The full service qualitative firm will specialize in a range of standard mobile approaches including digital focus groups, mobile interviews, and mobile ethnography.
Werzinger states, "Mobile phones have changed the way we communicate. We express ourselves through space and time in ways that have never been possible. I think we have only begun to scratch the surface for mobile's potential in market research. It has already started to revolutionize the way we conduct shopping and touch point related research, and has tremendous potential for a range of discovery and consumer decision type studies."
Additionally, the firm is pioneering the application of innovative mobile approaches like scavenger hunts, diaries/confessionals and flash mob brainstorming.
