Keeping harmony in a pet friendly community can be an overwhelming task sometimes for on-site maintenance staff and requires an effective and experienced specialist to handle this service.

Tampa, FL (PRWEB) April 22, 2014

Valet Waste, LLC, the nation’s leading provider of doorstep trash and recycling collection services, today announced the launch of the Dog Valet Waste Station. Made with pride in the USA, the durable UV protected and low maintenance Dog Valet Waste Station is attractive and designed to complement, not distract from, the station’s natural outdoor setting. The station informs and reminds residents of pet policies, dispenses biodegradable bags for collecting pet waste, and provides a place for disposal.

Because Valet Waste has been servicing pet waste stations on a national basis for a number of years and the stations continue to grow throughout the multifamily housing industry exponentially each year, it was a natural fit to offer customers Dog Valet Waste Stations and pet waste bags. The new program will allow multifamily communities to capture low cost products and service all under one roof.

“As we expand our value proposition, we have identified specific product types that are a natural adjacency to our services business, namely Pet Waste Stations and trash liners. These product offerings will allow us to offer a total solution to address our multifamily partners pet waste management needs. In addition, we will continue to listen to our customers and look to expand our product offering in areas where we can bring additional value to our clients,” says Shawn Handrahan, President & CEO of Valet Waste.

Campbell Kerr, Valet Waste’s Vice President of Business Development added, “Keeping harmony in a pet friendly community can be an overwhelming task sometimes for on-site maintenance staff and requires an effective and experienced specialist to handle this service. No one in the multifamily industry is better suited for this service than Valet Waste, which is the only national company that now provides and services both pet stations and pet waste bags. Product quality is extremely important to us and our customers.”

Approximately two-thirds of all renters have pets. Residents who have pets usually regard them as family members. When communities can make pet owners feel welcome, they build a unique brand loyalty associated directly with their pet. For an apartment owner or manager, this can help translate to greater resident satisfaction, fewer turnovers, and more referrals for their communities.
