The University of South Alabama (USA) announces it has renewed its agreement with Greenwood & Hall, the nation’s leading provider of student lifecycle management solutions, to provide financial aid and student support services.
When the University of South Alabama and Greenwood & Hall began working together in 2013, USA recognized the need to add additional capacity to its student service teams. The University specifically selected Greenwood & Hall to create efficiencies and a high quality support platform to increase student satisfaction. USA’s objectives ranged from efficient execution of the number of financial aid packages that were processed and disbursed and to improving response turn-around time on new enrollment and financial aid inquiries - all while expanding teams, absorbing additional volume, and filling process gaps. Thus, USA was looking to expand scale without sacrificing quality of service.

Our office went from receiving an average of 4,000 calls per month to absolutely no phones ringing at all. It was eerie at first but then we had a huge sigh of relief! We were finally able to breathe in our office and actually do more for the students in less time. USA recently renewed our contract with Greenwood & Hall and we can’t be any happier with the level of service they provide our students, families, and campus staff,” said USA’s Director of Financial Aid, Emily Johnston
