Stetson) and a purchase of 20,000 square feet at 55 W. Wacker for their client, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago (TECO-Chicago).

Leading global commercial real estate services firm, Studley announces the execution of a lease renewal of approximately 19,000 square feet at Two Prudential Plaza (180 N. Stetson) and a purchase of 20,000 square feet at 55 W. Wacker for their client, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago (TECO-Chicago).

Associate Director, James Stein and Executive Managing Director, Lisa Davidson, both of Studley, were TECO-Chicago’s tenant advisors for the transactions. Bill Truszkowski of The Telos Group represented Two Prudential Plaza for the lease renewal and Kevin Purcell, Mark Buth and Walter Hennig of MB Real Estate represented the sale at 55 W. Wacker, where The Taipei Consulate will occupy the 13th floor and a portion of the 12th floor within 55 W. Wacker this spring.

According to Davidson, “The space provides the client with everything they needed, including great views of the river and security.”
