Greater Gift Initiative, Inc. Announces Partnership with Mountain View Clinical Research
Winston-Salem, NC (PRWEB) April 30, 2014 -- Mountain View Clinical Research (MVCR) has joined the Greater Gift Initiative, Inc. (GGI) as its newest clinical site partner. Through the generosity of its partners, GGI honors clinical trial volunteers by gifting one vaccine to one child each time one clinical trial volunteer makes the important decision to participate in a clinical trial. The vision of the Greater Gift Initiative is to serve as a philanthropic connector between clinical trial sites, individual investigators, CROs and sponsors by conveying a unified message to the clinical volunteer community that their participation does matter.
Mountain View Clinical Research has been conducting cutting edge medical research in upstate SC since its founding in January 2001, and operates with the groundbreaking approach of partnering with primary care physicians in order to provide a better continuum of care for their patient volunteers. Ann Limbaugh, Managing Director of MVCR, said, “Through research and education, MVCR is having a positive impact on the health of Upstate SC. GGI allows our company and research volunteers the opportunity to have an impact on world health! We feel privileged to be able to participate in such a worthwhile initiative while providing our volunteers with one more reason that participation in research is a gift for everyone.”
“We are so pleased to have Mountain View Clinical Research join our growing list of site partners. MVCR’s mission to improve quality of life by being a trusted source for the highest degree of excellence in clinical research is reinforced through their commitment to honoring the significant contribution of clinical trial volunteers by participating with GGI,” said Becca Chase, Executive Director of the GGI. “The entire team at MVCR are clearly committed to providing an exceptional experience to their clinical trial volunteers and will be great ambassadors for GGI.
