United Theological Seminary to Host Spring 2014 Commencement Service

Sixty-eight to graduate from Dayton, Ohio, seminary on May 23, 2014.

United Theological Seminary will host its 140th Commencement service on Friday, May 23, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. at Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church, 6759 S County Road #25A, Tipp City, OH. Twenty-six masters degrees and forty-two doctoral degrees will be awarded.

The service will be livestreamed at the time of the service or you may view the service at the same address following its completion.

The featured speaker is Dr. Ted Sauter, senior pastor of North Naples United Methodist Church, North Naples, FL, and a 1972 graduate of United Theological Seminary. He is a native Floridian and was ordained by the Florida Conference of The UMC in 1974. He has been appointed to churches in Daytona Beach, Lakeland, Jacksonville, Tampa and Hollywood before his assignment to North Naples UMC in 1992. He enjoys fishing and traveling, especially to out of the way and little known places on the back roads of America.
