HindSite Software recently released version 6 of HindSite Connect, their service business marketing add-on for their field service software solution, HindSite. The new version adds a dashboard that enables HindSite Connect users to see more information about the number of emails they’ve sent within a given time range as well as any emails that couldn’t be sent. Plus, a new integration with Constant Contact® enables better status reporting so HindSite Connect customers will be able to receive more information about whether an email was opened or bounced.

“A lot of our recent HindSite Connect development was the result of input from our customers,” explained David Crary, HindSite’s President and Founder. “They came to us with great ideas about how to improve our solution. Their input was instrumental in our development of Version 6.”

As the name implies, HindSite Connect helps field service businesses connect with their customers using email so they can expand their revenue opportunities and develop knowledgeable, loyal customers.

With HindSite Connect, a few mouse clicks sends:

  •     Confirmation emails that help businesses quickly confirm appointments with customers.
  •     Reminder emails, sent a day or two in advance of an appointment, help to reduce costly missed appointments.
  •     Rescheduled and cancellation emails notify customers when appointments have been rescheduled or cancelled.
  •     Completion emails automatically sent when a work order is completed
  •     Mass emails like newsletters and promotions that help generate revenue

HindSite is also currently beta testing a Pro version of HindSite Connect that adds more functionality – like customer feedback survey responses and automated appointment confirmations. Expected to be released this summer, the enhanced functionality makes it even easier for green industry businesses to connect with their customers and improve their business operations and marketing.
