“Patrick’s background and experience make him a perfect fit to help drive the strategic direction of the business from an operational standpoint,” said PlattForm CEO Steve Fireng.
Donoghue brings 25 years of corporate finance, strategy and executive leadership to this role. Most recently, he was CFO at Pearson Embanet, which provides resources for academic institutions to finance, launch, market and support successful online programs.
Previously, Donoghue held various senior finance roles at CCC Information Services Inc., Anheuser-Busch and Kraft Foods.

Donoghue received a Master’s degree in business administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
