Miami, FL (PRWEB) May 01, 2014
Attorney John S. Hager has dedicated his professional career to protecting the rights, freedoms, and futures of South Florida residents who have been charged with criminal offenses. Throughout the years, Attorney Hager has established himself as a talented and passionate lawyer, and has earned a positive reputation throughout the local and legal communities. Just recently, Attorney Hager was appointed by the President Elect of the Florida Bar to serve on the Criminal Procedure Rules Committee.
The Criminal Procedure Rules Committee is a standing committee that serves as a backbone of the bar association. Members of the committee are among the most respected and well-established legal professionals in the region, and are tasked with the difficult endeavor of working together to identify and address procedural issues. The committee will also issue reports proposing amendments. These rules and amendments govern the procedure used in all criminal proceedings in Florida state courts.
Attorney Hager’s selection to the Criminal Procedure Rules Committee speaks volumes about his professional abilities and the respect he has cultivated among his legal peers. Previously, he served as a member of the Traffic Rules Committee. His new term is set to begin on July 1, 2014. He applies the same level of dedication to working on standing committees as he does when representing clients of Hager & Schwartz, P.A.
