- Thrifty on 150, May 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., is a linear garage sale covering a 50-mile stretch of US Highway 150 from Coal Valley to Galesburg, IL, passing through the towns of Orion and Alpha.

- 24th Annual Country Antique Market, July 12 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., is in Bishop Hill, IL, with quality antiques, primitives, folk art, textiles, and pottery on the grounds of the historic Colony School. - Annual Apple Anne’s & Friends Antique & Flea Market, July 12 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., is in Alpha, Ill., with 30-plus vendors under the trees on the lawn of the elementary school. Alpha is in the southwest corner of Henry County on US Highway 150 west of I-74.
