Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Margaret L. Hudgins to the firm. Hudgins joins as counsel in Neal Gerber Eisenberg’s Private Wealth Services practice group.
Hudgin’s practice includes structuring and drafting estate plans, handling complex estate administration matters, and forming and advising non-profit organizations.
Hudgins brings nearly 10 years of experience to Neal Gerber Eisenberg. Prior to joining the firm, Hudgins worked as an attorney for a large non-profit organization, where she oversaw litigation and administrative matters related to trusts and estates in multiple states. Hudgins also spent several years working as an associate attorney, where she drafted a wide range of estate planning documents and counseled clients on the formation and structuring of various business agreements, handled estates and trusts controversy matters, and formed 501(c)(3) entities and drafted related entity governing documents.
Hudgins earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, and her law degree, with high honors, from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
