The newest iteration of StratusLIVE’s Workplace Giving Portal allows donors to make contributions from virtually any device, including smartphones and tablets.
Through the integration of a responsive design framework, which includes Bootstrap theme support, campaign administrators can now easily customize each workplace giving portal with the look and feel they desire, while allowing each site to efficiently scale to multiple devices and browsers.

Extensive integration with StratusLIVE for Fundraisers provides the basis for many of the enhanced features in the newest Workplace Giving Portal.
•Pushbutton deployment of new workplace giving sites - New workplace fundraising campaigns can be provisioned out of StratusLIVE for Fundraisers by simply entering a few setting options and clicking the “deploy” button.
•Advanced contact matching - Transactions, giving history, and donor demographic information can flow directly to and from StratusLIVE for Fundraisers, allowing for precise contact matching. By automatically recognizing existing donors, the portal can present them with previous year giving history for quick gift renewal or changes according to the donor’s interest.
•Campaign monitoring - As donors make pledges, the Campaign Dashboard provides real-time monitoring of progress toward contribution and participation goals, as well as response curve rates, internal vs. external designations, donors per recognition level, donors per affinity group, and more. All of these data points captured by our constituent relationship management software.
Custom payment methods
Workplace giving administrators now have the ability to create, define, and customize any number of payment methods to meet the unique requirements of donor organizations.
The five standard payment methods delivered out of the box (payroll deduction, check, credit card, direct bill, and paid time off) can be customized to meet specific organization and client business rules. Additional payment types can be added, substituted, or disabled.
Multiple Payment Types in a Single Transaction
One of the most requested features for the latest release is the ability for donors to select multiple types of gifts and pledges in a single transaction through the giving wizard, much like an e-commerce shopping cart experience. For example, if a workplace donor wants to make a pledge by payroll deduction, contribute 20 hours of paid time off, and include a one-time gift by credit card, they may now do so all at the same time. In addition to simplifying the giving process, this allows constituents to see the total of all gifts and also understand how the giving totals can be reflected in affinity groups, step up plans, and recognition levels.
