Crown announced today that Brad Moss, Director, will now oversee the newly expanded application managed services as the General Manager of Managed Services. In particular, Crown’s market offerings include infrastructure services, application management services, and technical customer service.
Moss, who previously directed the Business Consulting Pillar at Crown, boasts 20+ years of industry experience delivering eCommerce solutions to US and global clients. While Director, Business Consulting, Moss ensured that Crown clients outperformed their peers in omni-channel commerce.
