Houston, Texas (PRWEB) June 05, 2014 -- JRH Engineering, Inc. will be expanding its site development and construction engineering consulting to adding more environmental engineering services. Currently, JRH Engineering offers civil engineering and structural engineering services to Houston and coastal county communities. The firm specializes in civil site development, structural engineering, foundation design, storm water quality control (SWPPP), windstorm engineering, and all other civil engineering project needs. In the next few months, JRH Engineering, Inc. will be expanding to offer services such as Phase I and Phase II environmental, wetland mitigation and delineation; as well as helping our developers get the permits needed from the Corp of Engineers. JRH Engineering, Inc. is a privately held and insured Engineering Firm located in Friendswood, TX. Operated by Jason Henrichs, P.E., a Texas A&M graduate, JRH Engineering, Inc. provides design market for Civil and Structural Engineering. Their management team has decades of experience in all aspects of Engineering and Construction Management. The firm is licensed in the state of Texas and have engineered projects from Lubbock to McAllen and from Dallas to Houston.
Jason’s expertise in site development can help foreshadow potential developer problems, and avoid costly mistakes by offering pre-purchase land consulting to construction management of the site. One of our customers purchased a piece of property with not knowing that a pipeline was located in the way of storm sewer system. This would have greatly affected the size of the detention pond system, and would have made the pond so large it would have rendered the property useless. Jason devised a siphon system in lieu of a lift station or increasing the pond size to save the owner construction and maintenance costs of $40,000 dollars. Another customer bought some property with inadequate outfall that would have rendered the property useless because the detention system would have used too much of the land. We were able to get the City of Pearland to redo the drainage of the property at no additional charge and in a timely manner. This was able to cut the clients detention pond to 1/3 of the size and allowed the customers to establish better land use management.
The firm’s primary goals are to meet their client’s needs with:
• Safety, Accountability, Quality and Trust defines our corporate culture
• Plan and problem solve with Customer minded results in mind.
• Respect our customers budget and timeline for Engineering and Construction
Their clients like that the firm offers a flat fee or hourly fee for engineering services. Clients will not be paying based on total project costs percentages. Clients like that they will know the estimated engineering fees upfront and will be able to budget the costs better.
