Shine United, a privately held advertising, design and interactive agency headquartered in Madison, recently announced that Creative Director John Krull has been promoted to vice president and will join Shine’s ownership group. Krull is the first to join Shine’s three original founders, Curt Hanke, Mike Kriefski and Chad Bollenbach as an equity partner. Krull, who has been at the firm for over eight years, is known for delivering provocative, breakthrough creative for a wide range of Shine’s clients, including Harley-Davidson Motor Co., Toppers Pizza, Wisconsin Cheese, Winston Fly Rods, Piston King Motor Oil, and Mizuno Running.
