The Qualtrax Cloud system will enable greater efficiencies of document management, standards management, process management (workflows), training management and reporting. The solution provides a paperless regulatory compliance system, thus providing cost savings for ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board. The quality management system will ensure all auditors use the same processes and documents through comprehensive training and document management. The Qualtrax workflow engine enables users to automate key business processes that can be flowcharted, such as CAPA, maintenance requests, internal audits, safety observations, and customer complaints.
Qualtrax is a leading provider of compliance and quality management software to laboratories. “The partnership with Qualtrax is a natural fit for us,” says Keith Greenaway, Vice President of ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board. “We are excited to begin implementing the Qualtrax software to complement our existing database used to service our customers. Focusing our attention internally and using Qualtrax will make us much more effective and efficient in the services we provide to our customers.”
“We are so proud to add ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board to our list of Qualtrax users. Working together will allow us to further improve our software to simplify compliance,” says Qualtrax President Amy Ankrum.
