Commercial Bank of California announced today that Doreen Jensen was hired as Note Department Manager in charge with restructuring the loan documentation and packaging function so that processing times can be further improved and cost to the customer can be reduced.

Doreen has 28 years of Documentation and Loan Servicing experience. Prior to joining Commercial Bank of California, Doreen was the Note Department Manager for Five Star Bank where she specialized in SBA, commercial lending and real estate loans. Her duties included compliance, workflow process improvement, credit management, audit and loan documentation technology.
