Wilmington, DE (PRWEB) May 30, 2014
Corporation Service Company® (CSC®), a leading provider of electronic document recording (eRecording) services nationwide, has been named a Top 50 Service Provider by Mortgage Technology News.
The magazine’s annual list, which celebrates vendors’ achievements over the 12 months ending March 2014, appears in the summer 2014 issue. Companies named to the Mortgage Technology News Top 50 Service Providers list were cited for their accomplishments in four criteria: “continued advancement of technology and services, viable revenue model and value proposition, exceptional customer service and unique impact on the mortgage industry.”
This is the second time Mortgage Technology News has honored CSC. In 2012, the magazine named CSC a runner up in its "Lasting Impact Award" category, which credited organizations whose technological innovations had "transformed" mortgage finance.
CSC’s eRecording services create an electronic bridge between submitters of real estate documents, such as banks, attorneys, and title companies, and county recording offices, enabling documents to be prepared, notarized, submitted, recorded/rejected, indexed and returned quickly, securely and efficiently.
Between 2013 and 2014, CSC expanded its eRecording footprint by nearly 20% and now provides electronic recording capabilities in counties covering approximately 60% of the U.S. population. Recent technology enhancements have included faster application performance, improved searching by county and state, and a streamlined user experience. CSC also continues to work closely with state and local governments to promote eRecording where it is not yet available.
“We’re honored to have made the Mortgage Technology News Top 50 Service Providers list,” said CSC Vice President Mark Rosser. “It’s great to be acknowledged in this way for the effort we’ve put into advancing our technology and services and supporting our growing customer base.”
