CCRA President Dic Marxen today announced that Maggie Fischer has joined CCRA as the company’s new Vice President of Marketing. Fischer brings 11 years of award-winning marketing and creative communications experience in the travel and technology industries to CCRA’s executive team. As Vice President of Marketing, Fischer will oversee the strategic marketing, communications, and branding efforts for CCRA’s diverse company divisions including the CCRA Call Center Solutions, CCRA Global Business Development, CCRA Hotel Partner Solutions, and CCRA Air Partner Solutions.

Prior to joining CCRA, Fischer most recently served as the Director of Marketing Communications and Brand for Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) since 2006. In her role with ARC, Fischer managed the company’s high-value marketing programs, developed acclaimed corporate identity and rebranding initiatives, implemented the use of new technology platforms, and directed the communication of ARC’s strategic vision. Prior to joining ARC, she co-founded DCM, Inc. and served as the boutique advertising agency’s principal marketing and creative leader, developing and managing campaigns for businesses within the travel, technology, non-profit, and healthcare industries.

Over her career, Fischer has earned many awards for her work from leading travel industry publications and marketing associations. Successful marketing campaigns that she spearheaded at ARC were recognized with numerous Travel Weekly Gold Magellan Awards in 2012 and 2013. TravAlliancemedia named Fischer a 2013 “Travel Industry Rising Star.” In the same year, the company’s compelling graphic designs and creative collateral projects developed under her direction were recognized by Graphic Design USA as the “Best B2B Campaign” and the “Best Collateral Design.” In 2010, Fischer received the prestigious “Best Marketing Campaign” award from the American Marketing Association and in 2008, the “Best Consumer Card Campaign” award from MasterCard Inc., for her work with ARC’s Travel Card and Corporate Identity projects.
