The solution automates the process for companies to support compliance with U.S. Government requirements to verify employment eligibility of new hires using the Department of Homeland Security E-Verify system.
To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. Smart E-Verify is architected as an add-on solution for PeopleSoft HCM that can interface directly with the Department of Homeland Security E-Verify internet-based system. This allows users to verify new hires are indeed eligible to work in the U.S and meet employer requirements.
