Engine Shop Elevates Two Staffers to New Roles in Experiential Agency

Blythe promoted to lead NY office; Rice moves to senior role on Mercedes-Benz account.

Engine Shop promoted two staffers to senior roles that will position the agency to better serve key clients, it was announced today.

Patti Blythe (nee Griffin) was promoted to Senior Director and she will relocate from Chicago to serve as General Manager of the New York office. In her new role, Blythe will also manage business development, oversee all client activation and programming that originates from the New York office, and continue to manage aspects of the Mercedes-Benz account. Prior to joining Engine Shop, Blythe held account management and analytics roles at other engagement marketing agencies. Her experiential marketing work includes brands like New Balance, Corona and ESPN.

In addition, Megan Rice was promoted to Director where she will continue to oversee all guest management functions on the Mercedes-Benz account. She has worked on the agency side with Mercedes-Benz since 2010. Rice began her career with Eagles in sponsor services as the primary manager on all accounts. She will continue to work out of Engine Shop's office in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.
