15th Annual Call Center Week Honors the 2014 Excellence Awards Winners During Luncheon Ceremony

Winners Recognized in 12 Customer Service-Focused Excellence Award Categories

The 15th Annual Call Center Week presented awards to the top industry innovators during the Excellence Awards Ceremony luncheon, today, June 11. The finalists for each category were recognized as Winner, Runner-up or Honorable Mention, based on each organization’s thinking, creativity and execution.

“The Excellence Awards have become a key aspect of Call Center Week, gaining support and respect from the Customer Service industry and beyond,” said Lisa Schulman, Executive Producer of IQPC’s Call Center Week. “The bar for merit and quality is set higher each year, and the 2014 awards truly honor and showcase the top leaders of the industry as we know it today.”
