J&B Outreach was founded by James Yarbrough. Mr. Yarbrough founded J&B to support specific populations of under-served children in the Dallas Metroplex. They offer life opportunities that will assist at risk children in recognizing and maximizing their true value in a society that inherently gives them an opportunity to become productive citizens.
