Embassy Management’s New Executive Team is Gearing Up for Growth

Embassy Management, LLC, a leading multi-state provider of community-based residential services for adults and children with intellectual and development disabilities, has recently made several key executive team changes to bolster its drive to bring its services to a wider population of those in need.

The CEO of Embassy Management, Martin Favis, stated that "running a great business requires great people. Starting with Michelle Weaver, a 15-year veteran in human services with the Embassy family of companies. Michelle is moving from the Chief Development Officer role to the lead client operations position of Chief Operating Officer. "Michelle has a grasp of our business that is second to none. I can't think of anyone better to run the day-to-day operations of our company,” said Martin Favis, CEO of Embassy Management.

Sean Lyman joins the team as their new Chief Financial Officer. Sean previously served as CFO for American Optical Services in Las Vegas, NV and Sound Physicians in Tacoma, WA, and started his career 20 years ago with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. According to Mr. Favis, "Sean has proved time and again his ability to oversee and manage significant growth while leading a national finance team.”

Replacing Ms. Weaver as Embassy's Chief Development Officer is Lisa Tackus. Ms. Tackus was most recently the Chief Operating Officer for Camelot Community Care, a national provider of social services based in Florida. Her operational care experience coupled with her talent in developing organic and acquisition growth opportunities creates the perfect pairing for success.

After spending over 20 years with Safeway, Nancy Williams has stepped into the pivotal role of Director of Human Resources with Embassy Management. Caring for a 3000+ strong workforce that cares for the individuals supported in 100+ locations across six states, Ms. Williams is preparing her team to increase their support to the growing company.
